Role overview

We are hiring a Verifier for the Medicare Verifier campaign. You will work on a live US-shift floor with supervisor support, coaching, and clear performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver verifier work to campaign and compliance standards
• Follow approved scripts, processes, and documentation requirements
• Meet quality and productivity targets with coaching from your team lead
• Coordinate with verifiers, closers, QA, and floor leadership as needed

Requirements

• Relevant campaign or BPO experience preferred
• Clear spoken English and professional phone presence
• Comfortable with Monday–Friday US-aligned evening/night hours
• Able to work on-site at the selected BALITECH branch
